INNOCENT A. NWEZE – Chairman & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

staff-photos1Nweze is a management executive with expertise in organizational competitiveness, strategic marketing, and business development. Mr. Nweze is the founder and CEO of CLEOBROTHERS & CO., INC, a holding company for Cleobrothers Bio-Medical Systems (CBM Systems), Cleobrothers Energy & Environmental Systems (CEE Systems) and Cleobrothers Management Consulting Group (CMC Group).

CLEOBROTHERS & CO is currently focusing its business activities on Healthcare infrastructure development in the Emerging Markets through CBM Systems. Current countries of interest include USA, Canada, Nigeria, Brazil, Mexico, Ghana, Angola and South Africa and The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) States – Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Jordan and United Arab Emirates (Dubai/Abu Dhabi).

CBM Systems’ mission is to leverage biotechnology and medical diagnostic technologies to create healthcare access for our Customers around the world, including the emerging markets.

Prior to founding CLEOBROTHERS & CO., INC, Mr. Nweze held Director of Marketing positions at King Pharmaceuticals, Inc and Prometheus Laboratories, Inc. During his tenure at King Pharmaceuticals (Acquired by Pfizer Inc), Mr. Nweze was the principal leadership force for the creation of a new Hospital Business Unit ($250 million in revenues in two years) and led the commercial revitalization of a portfolio of brands that propelled the new Business Unit to industry leading contender. Mr. Nweze’s career began at Merck & Co., Inc where he held positions of increasing responsibility from Hospital Sales Specialist to Managed Care, Vaccines, and Marketing Management.

Mr. Nweze holds a MBA in International Management, and MBA in Marketing from Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, a BA in Economics from Cleveland State University, and a BS in Biochemistry from The Ohio State University.


FRANK FABISH – Head North America Operations, Cleobrothers & Co., Inc.

frank_fabish_originalFrank is a 42 year business owner, entrepreneur and manager. Prior to joining Cleobrothers & Co., he was President & CEO of Executive Office Place, a Columbus, Ohio business center company that he and his wife and partner, Gail, founded in 1989. This business had a modest beginning with one business center with 18 offices. It grew successfully to 3 business centers with 204 offices serving over 225 Central Ohio businesses providing offices, office suites, workspace, administrative support and state of the art communications and internet services to service businesses.

Frank’s 42 years of business experience includes President and General Manager for Cellular One in telecommunications, Vice President Sales and Marketing for Mentor Technologies in computer training, Regional Manager for Norrell Services in temporary staffing and with Mobil Oil Corporation in sales, engineering and management. His business career has taken his family from Buffalo NY to Allentown PA to Pittsburgh PA to Cleveland OH and finally to Columbus OH for the last 25 years.

Frank has served on the Board of Directors of the Easter Seals Foundation from 1985 to 1986 and Office Business Center Association International (OBCAI) from 1994 to 2000. He served as President of the Association and chaired the Board from 1998 to 1999. For his service to the Association he was awarded a life time membership in 2001. He served on the Board of the Family Business Center of Central Ohio from 2000 to 2002. He currently serves on the Board of the Spielman Gridiron Classic to raise funds for breast cancer research for the Stephanie Spielman Breast Cancer Research Fund. In October 2000, Executive Office Place was honored as the top family owned business in Central Ohio for businesses under 15 employees. It was selected over 72 other family owned businesses.

Frank graduated from the United States Military Academy, West Point NY with a BS in Engineering in 1967. He earned his MBA from Baldwin Wallace College – Executive Program, Berea OH in 1985. Frank served 4 years as an officer in the U.S. Army. He received an honorable discharge in 1971 achieving the rank of Captain. He served in combat in Vietnam with the American Division from 1969 to 1970 earning a Bronze Star, Air Medal and Vietnam Service medals. He earned an Army Commendation Medal for his final assignment as a Nike Hercules Missile Battery Commander in Bristol RI from 1970 to 1971.


PRINCE BEN NNAJI, Chief Executive Officer Africa Expansion

As part of his board duties, Prince Ben Nnaji will lead Cleobrothers Expansion into key markets in Sub-Sahara Africa. Ben will report directly to the Chairman & CEO of Cleobrothrers.
Prince Ben Nnaji is an entrepreneur and business development executive. Ben is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of PGC Solutions Ltd, an engineering company based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Ben has been the Chief Executive Officer of PGC Solutions since 2005, where he led the change that transformed the company and grew revenues from $1,500,000 to $4,000,000 per year.

PGC Solutions Ltd is a privately held power and energy, marine, oil and gas, and soil management company in Nigeria. The company is currently running several successful business partnerships with multinational companies in Nigeria including international collaborations on project management and consultancy, quarry business and rural electrification projects.
Ben joined the board of the then Transport Global Communications Ltd in 2005, and led the drive that repositioned Transport Global Communications and changed the name to PGC Solutions Ltd. Ben’s new vision drove the growth and expansion of the company’s business areas including power and road highway construction engineering.

Prior to joining PGC Solutions Ltd, Ben was a Contractor at Gilmor Engineering Nig. Ltd and Daewoo Nig. Ltd from 2002 – 2007. He provided and managed logistics for the completion of CBN Towers, Port Harcourt and Shell oil / gas exploration platform at Gbarain, Bayelsa State for the two multinational companies respectively. Ben was also the lead manager for the PGC Solutions Ltd Team of Engineers that designed Umuebulu Bridge in Etche Local Government area River State Nigeria.
